The guys from Think About It The Podcast (Ariel & Joe) stopped by Dough Boyz Pizza to meet Mario, a third-generation pizza maker who spent years working pizza shops across New York before bringing his own style to Central Florida. Together with his business partner Mike, he's built one of Seminole County's favorite pizzerias in just three years.

It's proof that some of the best food in Orlando North comes from the people who pour their whole story into it.

You'd never guess what's hiding inside this Sanford corner store. 🛒

Upsala Grocery is packed with imported Japanese snacks, a craft beer wall stocked with brews from all over the world, and 14 years of family hospitality. It's the kind of place you walk in for one thing and end up staying to chat.

The guys from Think About It The Podcast (Ariel & Joe) stopped by to meet Jay, the man who turned a neighborhood grocery run into one of Sanford's favorite gathering spots. One regular even told them the store completely changed how he sees Indian food.

It's a great reminder that some of the best finds in Orlando North are the local spots you'd never think to look for.

Lake Jesup has one of the highest concentrations of alligators in the United States, and it's right here in Seminole County.

Ariel and Joe from Think About It The Podcast took an airboat ride across Lake Jesup with Black Hammock Adventures & Airboat Rides 's Captain Zach Carroll, who's been guiding tours across Seminole County for 5-6 years. Gators of every size, a baby alligator up close, and a plate of fried gator bites to finish it off.

Sanford might just be the most underrated day trip near Orlando!

Start at the Central Florida Zoo, where you can get up close and even feed the giraffes. Spend the afternoon wandering historic downtown Sanford, popping in and out of local shops and soaking up that small-town charm. Then cap it all off at Hollerbach's for authentic German food and live music that'll have the whole table dancing.

It's the kind of day that reminds you there's so much more to Central Florida than the theme parks. Just 30 minutes from Orlando, and worth every mile.

An award-winning Colombian brewery just made its U.S. debut, and they picked Oviedo?! 🍺

Most people driving through Central Florida have no idea this exists. 🌼

Every fall, the swamp sunflowers along Lake Jesup bloom in a massive sea of gold, some growing over five feet tall! The bloom only lasts about three weeks, and then it's gone until next year.

A guided horseback ride with Hidden Palms Ranch is one of the best ways to explore the fields and see the blooms up close. This particular guided ride is only offered during the bloom, which happens late September into October.
