Lake Forest IL Recreation Department Athletics The Lake Forest Parks & Recreation Athletics Team strives to offer the communities’ youth a positive athletic experience.

The Purpose of The Lake Forest Recreation Department’s Youth & Adult Programming is to provide a safe and enjoyable athletic experience with the emphasis on sportsmanship and fair play. All participants will be provided a safe, enjoyable and competitive athletic experience, no matter what programs they engage in. The Lake Forest Recreation Department’s Athletic section also offers preschool aged a

thletic programs to serve as an introductory experience to the wide world of sports. Here we teach motor skills and fundamentals of the sport, all in a safe and enjoyable environment, conducted by professional staff.
