Any entries submitted August 22nd through August 28th will be considered late and will automatically incur a $20 late fee.

Dr. Jess Bydalek is hosting an Animal Health Certificate Day at the Florida Gateway Fairgrounds on Saturday, October 10 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM!

💵 $20 per animal | Any Species | First-Come, First-Serve

Make sure your health papers are up to date before fair time!

Mark your calendars! Attendance is required at ONE of our upcoming mandatory meetings to be eligible for the fair. All exhibitors along with at least one parent or guardian must be present at one of the two scheduled dates.

Here are your options:

🗓️ Option 1: This Saturday!

Date: Saturday, August 1st

Time: 9:00 AM

Location: Reception Hall (Building A)

🗓️ Option 2:

Date: Monday, September 14th

Time: 6:00 PM

Location: Banquet Hall (Building D)

Please make sure you arrive on time. We will be covering vital rules, schedules, and expectations for this year's show.

This is a reminder to hog and wether exhibitors, as well as their parents or the individuals bringing the animals in, to be prepared to handle their own animals during tomorrow's tag-in. The personnel responsible for tagging will refrain from entering trailers unless it is absolutely necessary.
