Teaching these kids is truly the greatest honor of my life. Getting to watch them grow not only as dancers, but as people, is something I will never take for granted. I’m trusted with their goals, their confidence, their hard days, their breakthroughs, and so many precious pieces of their childhood. That responsibility means more to me than I could ever fully put into words.

The Source was created to be more than a place where children come to learn steps. I want every dancer who walks through our door to feel seen, supported, challenged, celebrated, and completely free to be themselves. I hope they always know how deeply I believe in them and how proud I am to be part of their journey.

As we begin Season 4, I feel overwhelmingly grateful for every dancer, every family who trusts us, and the incredible staff who shares this mission with me. This studio and these kids hold such a huge piece of my heart. It is an honor to teach them, to grow alongside them, and to keep creating a place where they can truly thrive.
