Patriot Grand Prix Patriot Grand Prix is a race held in Lake Charles, Louisiana at the Burton Coliseum. The event benefits local veterans and their families.

The Gator Grand Prix evolved from our 2014 Gator 100 Go-Kart Race at the Lake Charles Civic Center. "I didn't serve in the Military, but I get to serve the Military whenever possible." Thom Hager

This year's race has morphed into a Grand Prix course design and includes both indoor and outdoor elements. The race is held at "The Gator Pit" (also known as the Burton Coliseum.) The Pit area has have been moved to the North side of the Gator Pit to allow fans better access to the outdoor portion of the course and for better viewing of the pit area. This also allows drivers more safety in the pit area by better separation of the pits and actual race course. Most of the course and it's most challenging curves are still located inside the Gator Pit. Remember, 100% of the Gate Receipts are being donated to our Local Veterans, so please come pack the house and show them how much you appreciate them.
