Spotlight on **Team Rowdy Rowels** rider **Emily McKay**.

Emily is 31 and has owned and ridden horses her entire life. She’s spent time **c**t starting** and riding **reiners**, but barrel racing is where she’s poured most of her years, miles, and focus.

Over the years, Emily has learned from strong mentors who helped shape her into the horsewoman she is today — and now she pays that forward. She enjoys helping others, both inside and outside the arena, whether it’s improving their horse, building confidence, or tightening up the mental game.

Emily stays active in the barrel racing world and strives to be someone others can come to for real guidance. Her approach is simple and solid: **horse first**, always — making sure the horse feels good, stays confident, and can perform at their best.

When she’s not competing, Emily manages a local feed store where she helps horse owners choose the right nutrition and products for every type of horse — from high-level competitors to cherished seniors.

Horses aren’t a hobby for Emily. They’re her everyday life, and we’re proud to have her representing **Rowdy Rowels**.

Spotlight on **Team Rowdy Rowels** rider **Faith Gleaton**.

Faith is 23, married, and has built her life around horses and helping others grow through them. She runs **FM Performance Horses**, where she trains horses and teaches riding lessons, and she also helps lead **Unbridled Faith Riding Ministries**.

Through Unbridled Faith, Faith works with kids on the spectrum, using horses to help strengthen confidence, communication, social skills, and motor development. That kind of work takes patience, consistency, and a steady heart — and that’s exactly who Faith is.

Faith believes character matters as much as results. She’s about honest horses, solid fundamentals, and doing the work when nobody’s watching. Whether she’s training, teaching, or grinding through long barn days, she shows up with purpose and keeps getting better.
