When I’m going to Walt Disney World, I want the whole Disney bubble experience. The resort is part of the vacation for me!

Morning coffee, Disney music playing as we walk around, pool time with the kids, and coming back after a park day without feeling like the magic is over.

And as a mom of FOUR, choosing the right Disney resort is about so much more than cute theming.

It’s getting back for a nap before someone completely melts down. It’s being able to split up when the big kids want more rides and the little ones need a break. It’s thinking about how we’re getting around with a double stroller and four tired kids.

There’s a reason I love the Skyliner and monorail so much!

I want our midday break to feel like part of our vacation, too. Some of our favorite memories happen at the resort, and I’m absolutely making time to enjoy it.

Before you pack everything your baby owns for Disney World… save this!

When staying at a Disney Resort hotel, ask about these complimentary essentials for your little ones:

• Cribs or Pack ’n Plays
• Bed rails or bumpers
• Diaper Genies

Bottle warmers are also offered at select resorts—check with yours before leaving your warmer at home!

These items are available upon request, subject to availability. They won’t automatically be waiting in your room, so request them ahead of time and confirm with Housekeeping when you arrive.

As a mom of four, I know “packing the essentials” can turn into filling the ENTIRE car. Having a few bulky items provided at your resort can make traveling with babies and toddlers so much easier!

One Disney Cruise planning detail first-time cruisers need to know: you’ll want a plan for midnight!

Thirty days before your sailing, two important things open at midnight Eastern:
• Online check-in, where you select your Port Arrival Time.
• Royal Gathering reservations for a special Disney princess meet-and-greet, provided your cruise is paid in full.

So what do you tackle first?!

An earlier Port Arrival Time lets you arrive at the terminal earlier, although your actual boarding time depends on your boarding group. Meanwhile, Royal Gathering is complimentary, requires a reservation, and availability is limited!

When you book your Disney Cruise with me, I help you prepare for online check-in ahead of time so you have everything ready. While you’re completing check-in, I can work on securing your Royal Gathering reservation.

The goal? An earlier arrival time AND a little princess magic—with someone helping you through the details. Availability isn’t guaranteed, but having a plan makes a difference!

Coffee in your pajamas with an ocean view? This is how I start my Disney cruise mornings!

Before bed, fill out the room service breakfast card and hang it on your stateroom door to schedule breakfast delivery for the next morning.

But here’s my favorite trick: I actually schedule breakfast a bit later and order a thermos of coffee from room service the night before. In my experience, it stays hot until morning!! That way, my coffee is ready whenever I wake up, without an early breakfast delivery interrupting our sleep.

Enjoy that first cup on your verandah while everyone else sleeps, then let breakfast come to you. Such an easy way to make your Disney cruise feel even more relaxing!

Many room service items are included in your cruise fare; certain items and deliveries may have a fee. I also like to have a little cash ready to tip the person delivering our order.

“Should I bring a stroller to Disney World if my child doesn’t use one at home?” 👀

As a mom of four who visits Disney monthly, I would absolutely consider it! Walking around at home and spending ALL day walking through Disney parks in the Florida heat are two very different things. Add late nights and tired little legs… and that stroller starts looking pretty good. 😂

It’s a place for a snack, a break, or a nap—and somewhere to stash your water bottles and park essentials! 🙌

I have NEVER had a client unhappy that they rented a stroller for their Disney vacation!

Don’t have one anymore or don’t want to bring yours from home? When I’m booking your trip, I can arrange a stroller rental to be waiting at your Disney resort’s lobby/Bell Services and picked up there when your vacation is over. One less thing to pack! ✨

You can also rent strollers inside the Disney parks, but those must stay in the park. They’re hard plastic and, in my opinion, aren’t as cozy for naps as a padded stroller rental.

You know your child best, but if you’re on the fence, having a place for those tired legs to rest can make everyone’s day happier. 💛
