Flower & Garden Festival is my favorite time of year at Epcot! Everything is gorgeous. The weather is great. The food is fantastic. Spring and happiness are truly in the air! So happy we have a long while to enjoy this one! 🌺 🌼 🌹

This pulled pork arepa from The Smiling Crocodile at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is the best thing I have had in forever. Plus it comes with plantain chips for the win! There’s also a pulled chicken version depending on your needs. Delicious!

The options are to get up to this in the morning or to get up for work in the morning. I’d say it’s a no brainer except that I need the work part to finance the this part. 😅😅😅

Also…one of my favorite things about a cruise is that I refuse to pay for the internet. I live to unplug and just be off social media and the phone in general for a few days (the DCL Navigator app obviously being the exception to this rule) just so I can focus on being present and in the moment. I’m not great at sudoku, but it is one of the ways I have found to leisurely pass the time when I’m not nose deep in a book. 😂😂😂

Apparently I was pretty proud of myself for braving the cold today and heading to Epcot for the Festival of the Arts! 😂

Obviously the definition of cold is subjective, but this is life in Florida. May we all do something we are proud of today…maybe even something that can support those around us in need of a helping hand. Believe and Be Love! 💕

Take me back to just a few days ago when this was me living my best life!!! Why am I now stuck in [almost] freezing temperatures with work?!? Note to self…win lottery in 2026!

Also…Disney’s Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas is amazing. Totally different vibe and experience compared to Castaway Cay, but still very fun! I can’t wait to see what all they do when they finish everything there.

Never in a million years expected to be a part of history as three different Disney class ships came together yesterday! What an amazing time being onboard the Disney Fantasy and getting to see the Disney Adventure (on this side of the planet no less) while also being alongside the Disney Destiny! Such a cool thing to be a part of. Core memory for sure! ☺️☺️☺️

Christmas on Main Street U.S.A. is always so pretty. I wish there was the opportunity to experience it for a longer period of time, but I guess I feel that way about the whole Christmas season. Such a short amount of time for things to feel so special and filled with magic. Wishing you all of the best this holiday season for all that you and yours celebrate!
