A little bit of what’s been poppin over here. 👀🧚🏼🫧🌿🛁🧽👙 I’ve been dreaming of building a garden bathtub for yearsssss. now come to life !!! There’s still little final touches I wanna add to the garden and experience but ohhhhh my… I’ll be here for the foreseeable future.

—— ꩜ Most of us are sooo disconnected from the process that goes into getting our food on our plate.

Cut the middleman out (the supermarket) and get connected with your butcher, fisherman, farmer. Do a better job at sourcing food sustainably and ethically because it is an integral part of holistic nutrition.

If you eat meat, having the experience of hunting or fishing is really important connect with that life cycle and what goes into nourishing us so that we can be hot, happy, and healthy !!!
