This sleeve ended up being about way more than just tattoos.

He came into the shop as a brand-new client with a blank arm and an idea of where we wanted to take it. Session by session, piece by piece, we built this thing together — skulls, roses, eagles, flowers, all the weird little details and fillers that eventually turned an entire arm into one cohesive piece.

But somewhere along the way, the appointments stopped feeling like appointments. Hours in the chair turned into endless conversations, laughing our asses off, talking about life, family, bu****it, everything in between. A new client turned into a friend, and that friend pretty much turned into family.

That’s one of my favorite things about tattooing. You start out making art for somebody you barely know, and by the time a project like this is finished, you’ve shared a ridiculous amount of life together.

Couldn’t be happier with how this sleeve came together or more grateful for the trust he gave me from day one.

And apparently one full sleeve wasn’t enough… because we’re about to start the OTHER ARM. 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼

Round two. Let’s fu**in go!! 💪🏼

I don’t think there’s much more badass tattoo than a big eagle across the chest. 🦅

Timeless subject matter, aggressive placement, and one of those tattoos that just looks like it belongs there.

Had a fu**ing blast on this one! 🤘🏼 (Hopefully I don’t get black balled again for the nips 🤦🏻‍♂️)

YOSEMITE 2026 🏔️🌲✨

No schedules. No rules. Just me and my boy chasing adventure and doing whatever sounded fun.

We fished. We swam. We cliff jumped. We explored. We roasted marshmallows. We stayed up way too late. We laid under the stars and watched a meteor shower light up the sky. We laughed our asses off, got dirty, wore ourselves out, and made memories I know I’ll carry with me forever.

20 pictures and videos don’t even come close to capturing this trip.

Just a dad and his best little buddy having the absolute time of our lives.

Some tattoos test your technique… this one tested my sanity.
Pure chaos, controlled one line at a time. Scribble textures, blacked-out madness, and enough detail to make me question every life choice halfway through 😂
But honestly … these are the pieces I live for. The weird ones. The uncomfortable ones. The ones that shouldn’t work until they finally DO.

I almost lost my mind making this… fitting for the subject matter really. 🖤

First time taking my boy to one of my favorite places 🏕️🌵

No service, no distractions… just dirt on our shoes, sun on our faces, and a whole lot of memories being made in real time. Watching Waylon explore Joshua Tree, climb every rock he could find, and take it all in like it was his world for the first time… that’s the kind of stuff life is about and making memories you don’t forget.

We cooked simple, laughed a lot, stayed up way too late, and soaked in those desert sunsets that hit different when you’re sitting next to your kid. Somewhere between the stars, the silence, and the chaos of camp life… it was perfection!

This is what it’s about for me.
Being present.
Building memories.
Showing him the world.

BEST TRIP YET … can’t wait for the next adventure with you buddy 🥰

One of my favorites on one of my favorites … work in progress. Grateful for the friendships I’ve made and doing what I love to do. Would absolutely love to start some more projects like this 🤠
