Join us for The Art of Puppetry for Film and Stage and discover the techniques behind bringing characters to life. Students will explore this unique art form by learning technique, participating in a filmed showcase at the end of the week and even take home their own puppet!!

Led by professional puppeteer, Avery Jones, whose work includes Goosebumps and Sesame Street, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for young artists.

Three stories come together on one stage: Frumpled Fairy Tales, Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs (A New Version), and Three Wee Hamlets, where nothing goes quite as expected and every happily-ever-after gets a twist!

A Festival of Fairy Tales is coming to the LSPA Black Box Theatre! ✨

Step into a world of laughter and magic with three delightfully reimagined classics: Frumpled Fairy Tales by William J. Springer, where beloved storybook characters hilariously collide; Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs (A New Version) by Carol Cain, a fresh and charming twist on a timeless tale; and Three Wee Hamlets by Avery Jones, a noble, yet wonderfully comedic, retelling of the Three Little Pigs.
