Oh, what a night this guy had! It’s a fun read. At PASA, we’ve never had to call for a volunteer to fill in, but once we did have to hold the curtain because a musician in the orchestra for the New York City Opera National Company had to make a run to the ER at Lafayette General.

After a musician fell ill during a live performance of the score from “La La Land,” the composer Justin Hurwitz asked for a sight reader. A 21-year-old student stepped up.

We want to send a big thank you to our sponsors.
Because of your support, the arts don’t just survive here in Louisiana, they shine. You help us bring world-class music, theater, and dance to our community, keep our stages full, and make sure audiences across Acadiana can keep experiencing something truly special.

We’re grateful for your partnership, your generosity, and your belief in what we do together. 🎭🎼

The oldest working dance company in the US is celebrating their 100th Year! Martha Graham, one of modern dance’s greatest pioneers, spent her career bridging the ancient and the contemporary — exploring themes of desire, power, and American identity through her groundbreaking movement style rooted in contraction and release. Congratulations to the ! 👏👏👏

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms in our community! 🌸

Today, we celebrate the women who inspire us and keep the arts alive. We are especially grateful for our dedicated "PASA moms" who support us and who volunteer, including Maria Messina Doucet, Janet Wood, Jeanne Harrop Hudson, Lisa Mann Breaux, and Sandra Simon David You help our organization thrive!

A very special shoutout goes to the "mother" of PASA herself, Jackie Lyle. Jackie has been our heart and soul for 32 years; her vision and nurturing spirit shaped us into who we are today, and we simply wouldn’t be here without her.

To all the moms who make our world (and stage) a better place: we see you, and we appreciate you. Enjoy your special day!

PASA staff stopped by Pamplona Tapas Bar to celebrate our three incredible interns as they prepare to graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette's Music Business program.
Destiny Fonseca, Ian Stolmeier, and Cynthia Zavala have been vital to the PASA team, and we are so proud to have been a part of their journey. We’ve seen how hard they’ve worked, and we can’t wait to see the impact they make!
Please join us in congratulating them as they prepare to take on the world! 🤟🍾

Live music on Monday!

This will be a Blue Monday NOT to Miss! The final production from our angel Lee Allen Zeno: Tribute to Otis Redding featuring Ray Boudreaux. AND of course, our Blue Monday Allstars will be playing some of Lee's favorites.

Opening our Jam Session will be the house band for Acadiana Talent, Certified Blues. Lee would be so proud of these aspiring blues artists! Bella (16) on vocals, LJ (16) on guitar, Jaidynn (14) on keys, Shane Michael (14) on bass and Tyler (22) holding down the drums.
