Just Sold | 3233 Lucas Circle, Lafayette 🏡
Some closings are especially close to my heart.
Back in March, one of my high school friends reached out after finishing fellowship and accepting a physician position in the East Bay. She and her husband were moving their growing family from Southern California back to the Bay Area, where we grew up together — and asked me to help them find their way home.
65+ homes later(!), we found the one. 🤍
There were weekends when her husband flew up from Southern California and we toured home after home. Other times, his parents met me at properties to be their eyes and ears on the ground. Through it all, we stayed patient — learning what mattered, ruling out what didn’t, and never settling just to be done searching.
Because finding the house is only part of getting a family home.
Behind every showing were disclosure and inspection reviews, conversations about neighborhoods, schools and daycares, insurance research, constant coordination with their lender, appraisal preparation, and close communication with the listing side to make sure there were no surprises. When clients are making a move this big from hundreds of miles away, our job is to be their eyes, ears and advocate every step of the way.
And after months of searching, their journey brought them right here to Burton Valley. 🤍
There’s something pretty incredible about a childhood friendship coming full circle. We grew up here, went to high school together — and now I get to welcome her back to the Bay and help her growing family put down roots in the same community I call home.
