A very large and sincere thanks to everyone who attended PETER AND THE STARCATCHER this week and weekend at The Acadiana Center for the Arts! Our collaboration with Wanderlust Production Company and the entire ensemble was a true blessing! We feel incredibly lucky for this experience and cannot wait to see you all again very soon! TIRAMISU!!!

Andrew Lee Vincent – Boy and others

Q: Describe "Peter and the Starcatcher" in three words.
A: Heart, Soul, & Sweat

Q: "When I was a boy, I wished I could..."?
A: My mom says when I was a boy I wished I could see what heaven looked like. I remember also wanting to be a film actor.

Q: When you aren't performing....?
A: When I'm not performing, I'm working or spending time with friends and family. Or listening to musicals.

Q: Why “Peter and the Starcatcher”?
A: The script is so fun and beautifully crafted. We also wanted to bring a great group together. It’s been a thrill.

Etienna Wright – Molly Aster and others

Q: Describe "Peter and the Starcatcher" in three words.
A: Raucous, Fantastic, Youthful

Q: "When I was a boy, I wished I could..."?
A: As the only girl in the cast, I can't really answer this question. But when I was a GIRL, I wished I could be a prima ballerina. Then I realized I was short and not very limber. C'est la vie.

Q: When you aren't performing....?
A: When I'm not performing, I'm enjoying my work as an advocate for public education or spending time with my family.

Q: Why “Peter and the Starcatcher”?
A: I rarely get to do comedies, so this is a real treat for me. The story is super silly, with a lot of heart. Plus, all of the people involved are a real joy to work with.

A: Fun, rollicking, good-time!

Q: "When I was a boy, I wished I could..."?
A: When I was a boy, I wished I could be an acrobat.

Q: When you aren't performing....?
A: When I'm not performing, I pay people to pretend that it's 200 years ago, then have people pay me to watch them do it.

Q: Why “Peter and the Starcatcher”?
A: It's a great script, a great story about a great story, and one of the best ensembles that I've ever gotten to work with!

Q: Describe "Peter and the Starcatcher" in three words.
A: Disaster! Destruction! Devastation!

Q: "When I was a boy, I wished I could..."?
A: ...be a marine biologist. I went on a trip to an aquarium in Atlanta and I saw an underwater dolphin show. I thought it was the coolest thing ever and for the longest time I wanted so badly to be a part of that.

Q: When you aren't performing....?
A: I love to rollerskate, catch me at your local skating arenas.

Q: Why “Peter and the Starcatcher”?
A: All of my favorite people are in it, how could I resist?

A: So very much

A: ...be Oprah's nephew.

A: I'm usually fantasizing about Beyoncé, or about being Beyoncé, or both.

Q: Why “Peter and the Starcatcher”?
A: Couldn't pass up an opportunity to perform with some of the most talented folks in Lafayette.
