We had a little Louisiana royalty on the dance floor! ⚜️ Thomas “Big Hat” Fields’ nephew and his lovely wife, Iry LeJeune’s granddaughter (who also happens to be Bubba Hebert’s mom!), AND Bubba’s beautiful wife! 🎶

We also welcomed a sweet couple all the way from Ohio celebrating their 15th year attending Festivals Acadiens et Créoles who even came to my film premiere back in 2016! 🥹💕

We also got to meet an adorable gal who moved here from Miami along with some amazing local dancers who have been showing up and showing out!! 💜👏🏽

And last but certainly not least—our AMAZING TEAM demonstrates leadership and service like none other! 🔥🔥🔥

Old connections, new friendships, legendary Louisiana roots, and LOTS of dancing! 🥰

My goal with every student is simple: coach the kind of dancer I’d want to dance with. 💃🏽🕺🏽 And listen… I’ve gotten pretty selective over the years. 😂 Katrina, hands down, has become one of my absolute favorites to hit the floor with—smooth, confident, connected & FUN! 🔥

And this video is a whole Fleurish Fam moment! Our longest-standing volunteer Brian and Volunteer Coordinator Andrea are absolutely killing it, Michelle is back there looking GOOD on that dance floor too, while one of our original volunteers, Becky, captured it all. 🩷🩵💜

That’s teamwork. That’s community. And THAT makes this coach proud. 🥹🔥
