A Tribute to Festival Founders
Festival International would not be here today without the vision and dedication of our founders. For those of you that missed the screening of this video during Festival 2022, we would like to share this tribute video dedicated to two of our founders that passed away, Phil Lank and Tina Girouard, thanking them for all of their contributions over the years. We also send a heartfelt thank you to the late Alanda Bennett, a founding volunteer. It has always taken a village, and we love our village. Bon Festival!
It’s been two days since Festival, and we’re still riding the wave from all of the amazing Fest vibes! The #BestFestYet could not have been possible without the help from our incredible 2,100 volunteers! These individuals donated their time and efforts to help run stage security, our Top Up station, cocktail stops, merch tents, trash duty to keep downtown clean, and SO MUCH MORE. Our hearts are filled with gratitude for each and every volunteer who continue to help keep Festival International de Louisiane presented by LUS Fiber free.
