TBT A Night with the PARCs

Throwing it back to an unforgettable evening at PARC de Oaks, where art, paintings, culture, and community came together under the stars. Beyond the open mic performances, the space was filled with visual art that brought color, texture, and life to the night—paintings that told stories of their own and added another layer of expression to the atmosphere.

From spoken word and live music to the creativity on display through visual artwork, every corner of the evening reflected the beauty of local talent. It was more than an event—it was an experience of seeing and hearing art in all its forms, shared in real time with the community.

Still grateful for the artists, performers, and creatives who made the night so meaningful.

Looking back on one of the responses shared during The Stories We Carry, when asked about navigating struggle, Quinn Foster said, “Love on yourself, ancestors, journey..”

Those words lingered in the room.

To love on yourself is to extend grace, patience, and compassion inward — especially in moments of challenge. To love on your ancestors is to remember that you are not walking alone, that there is strength, sacrifice, and resilience woven into your very being. To love on the journey is to honor every step, even the difficult ones, trusting that growth, purpose, and understanding are unfolding in time.

That reflection embodied the heart of the afternoon — honoring where we come from, who we are becoming, and the stories that shape us along the way.

We are grateful for the wisdom shared, the vulnerability offered, and the community that gathered to listen and reflect. These are the stories we carry.

Episode 5 of our Women’s History Month Series 🤎✨

Introducing Kelsey LeAnn — graphic designer and in-the-moment photographer, capturing life as it happens and creating without limits.

From a young age, any chance she had to create, she went all out. That same passion still fuels her today — showing up fully and unapologetically in her artistry.

Through her photography, Kelsey offers people something special: the chance to see themselves as they are, without interruption, without posing — just real, present, and authentic.

Growing up, she didn’t always have someone who understood or reflected her creative side. But she kept creating anyway — and now, she creates space for others to feel seen.

For Kelsey, art is everything — it has no limits. 🎞️✨

Stay tuned for the next episode as we continue highlighting women who are shaping the world through their creativity and perspective. 🤎✨
