Get REFIT with Tara REFIT® is a well balanced cardio workout that will have you sweating and smiling when you're done! Join me and get REFIT®! See YOU there!! Hi! Thanks, you rock!

Class schedule: Mondays & Thursdays @ 6:30pm (Northend Center) and Sundays & 3:30pm (Community Reformed Church). Ladies,if you're looking for a fun, high-energy cardio workout in Lafayette, IN, then you've found the right FB page! I'm bringing the REFIT® Revolution here to Lafayette! We'll move, dance, and strut our stuff to positive secular & Christian music. We'll burn calories, tone muscles, and touch hearts working out together. REFIT® is all about community, so come for the workout and the connection. If you're anxious about going to a "dance fitness" class, let me encourage you to give it a try. Come to a couple classes and challenge yourself. I would never refer to myself as a dancer, but I love to move and I love good music. So if I can do it, you can too! Gotta give a shout out to CRC for letting me use their gym, AND to Bev Galema for all her help! To learn more about the amazing REFIT® program and its lovely creators, visit www.refitrev.com.
