Outdoor lighting systems require long-term maintenance and support to keep its beauty and value to your property.

We show up for our clients long after installation day, with fully stocked trucks ready to service and repair any system. We believe your outdoor lighting deserves great care.

Not everyone is ready to install lights all at once, and we completely understand that.

This is why we approach specific projects in phases. This helps homeowners prioritize what matters most within their current budget, while building a system with a good foundation.

Every phase is planned with the full picture in mind.

The house is only part of the scene.

A well-designed lighting plan pulls the entire property into the nighttime experience—architecture, mature trees, pathways, landscape and the spaces in between.

A little sneak peek from a project we wrapped up this week. More to come.

When people ask what to consider before a lighting project, I always say: it's not what you probably think.

Don't start with fixtures. Don't start with a budget.

Start with this: how do you want your space to feel at night?

I've been given a unique responsibility — to make visible the elements of your property that disappear after dark.

And when I do it right, you won't even know it's the lighting.

That's actually the goal.

You'll just walk outside, look around, and think — this feels amazing. You won't be able to put your finger on why.

Bad lighting, though? You'll know immediately. You'll feel that.

So before anything else — how do you want your space to feel?

Because if the answer is amazing, I'd start with lighting.

There’s a lot of intention behind what eventually looks effortless at night.

Every project starts here—walking the property, studying the architecture and landscape, talking through how the space is actually used, and deciding where light can make the biggest impact.

Because great outdoor lighting isn’t about adding fixtures.

It’s about designing what you’ll experience after dark.

This is what it looks like when lighting becomes part of the landscape—not something added to it.

Layers of light pull the eye across the property, bring the architecture and trees to life, and let the water finish the scene.

The property was always beautiful. We just made sure you could see it after dark.
