I was again contacted by Kiwanis club, this time by their president, Steven Riggs. They have asked before, and they would very much like to hear from someone who might be interested in speaking on bluegrass music, and/or performing
A few tunes at one of their weekly meetings. The meeting are held between noon and 1pm. He also mentioned an interest in supporting bluegrass music financially in some way, through their club. I posted this info last fall, but as far as I know there were no takers. I am not aware of Bluegrass Jammers still holding jams, and the only way I have to contact people is through this FB page. I get inquiries about Bluegrass Jammers from time to time, and it’s hard to know what to say since as far as I know we are only a FB page at this point. Suggestions?
