Night one is in the books and we are feeling incredibly grateful. 🏴‍☠️

To everyone who came out, found a spot along the river, brought your families and friends, cheered on our cast and helped fill the Wabash riverbank, we appreciate you all!

Seeing our community gather together for live theatre in such a unique setting is exactly what makes nights like this so special! And we’re not done yet!

A snowstorm has trapped eight strangers together, suspicion is growing and suddenly everyone looks guilty.

Please help us give a HUGE congratulations to the incredible young performers who have officially been cast in Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS at Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette! 🐱🎭

We are so excited to watch this talented group bring Duchess, O’Malley, the kittens and a whole crew of unforgettable cats to life on stage. Rehearsals are about to begin and we already know this one is going to be full of music, laughs and plenty of feline fun!

LAFAYETTE, this is not your typical night at the theatre. 🏴‍☠️🌊

For THREE NIGHTS ONLY, Treasure Island is taking over the banks of the Wabash complete with canoes, pirates, adventure and an actual floating stage on the river. ⚔️

Bring a chair or blanket, grab your crew and settle in at Tapawingo Park for a completely FREE evening of live theatre as the sun starts to set over the Wabash!

📣 Important Fall Education Update!

Our Fall 2026 classes are coming up and we want to make sure families know that classes will be held at several locations this season and no classes will meet at Civic Theatre.

🍂 Classes meet weekly from 5:00–6:00 PM at one of the following locations: Trinity United Methodist Church, Thomas Duncan Hall or The History Center at 522 Columbia Street.

Please check the graphic carefully for the location of your specific class. The final class of each session will be Performance Day, an open showcase for friends and family! 🎭
