OK folks here I go. Van is packed and ready to hit the road!Whirlwind trip around the United States. Headed to Washington for egg art convention show and sale! On the way there and back I’m stopping in many different states to see many friends and family.

Eggstra Special / Virgi Bondi will selling at the 2023 Washington Decorated Egg Show, July 21-23 located at Wingate by Wyndham Hotel 2300 Market St., Mount Vernon, WA
It has been 6 years since my last egg show. My first egg show was in 1993 until 2017…then a whirlwind of life changes happened.
I can’t wait to see everyone again and I will be driving from Port Charlotte, Florida to Washington.
Yes, I still love the open road and adventures.

Elegant ostrich egg embellished in vintage cording from England, Swarovski Crystal chain, custom ceramic stand and vintage ceramic nativity figurine. Carved crescents accents with gold mesh. Beautiful piece is 11” tall.

I’m back in my studio after Hurricane Ian reared it’s ugly head and my home/studio took a direct hit 7 weeks ago. Exterior damage mostly … not one egg or extensive supplies were damaged. 🙏👏

OMG!
Thank you Florida Weekly for recognizing me and my art in the annual 2022 edition of The Flamingos Best Award.
I just read this annual paper today and wish to share with friends and family a few of the many ways (since moving to Florida 7 months ago) that I have immersed myself and Eggstra Special into the amazing community I now call home! I love the artwork of the cover of this publication…perfect, Hatching Eggs 🥚🤩
Read the articles that I am in…purse one was hilarious when this happened…no eggs or noggin’s were injured in the incident…🤣🤣🤣
