Welcome Tack Sale vendors!!
THIS Friday March 21st is move in day!
I will have both the Small Projects and Community Bldgs open from 5pm-10pm CST.
Your space will have your name on it.
Bldg 2 Small Projects
Bldg 8 Community
Each vendor will receive 2 wristbands to get in/out free of charge.
4-H members will be on hand to help load/unload.
When you arrive please park and verify your spot. Then move your vehicle to the closest entry point. Once unloaded MOVE your vehicle to the main parking lot, so the next vendor can get close to unload.
As you are setting up please be mindful of the remodeling done in the buildings. New walls, paint, etc.
PLEASE drive slow, last year we almost had a child hit.
On the day of the event no vehicles will be allowed around the buildings.
Park in the Main parking lot and walk through the ticket booth lanes.
I will open the buildings at 8am for vendors each day, 9am to the public. Show your wrist band to the Officer or the Ticket Booth volunteer.
Concession rigs will be driving in setting up and awaiting health inspection in between the buildings.
No animals are allowed in the building *except service animals.*
Please do not park in the handicap spaces, I have several handicap vendors.
If you need an accommodation please let me know, I’ll do my best.
Sunday at 2pm the event is complete.
4-H Club members will be there to help.
Please do not tear down early.
After 2pm I’ll open the gates so you can park around buildings to load up.

The help desk station is in the Community Building at the South Entrance, First Aid Kit, and Scavenger Hunt sign ups.
Volunteers are in BRIGHT GREEN shirts.
Security is by the ticket booth at Main Fair Entrance.
