Thank you 4-Hers, vendors, donors, attendees, volunteers, and parents that make it all happen!!

We had 1306 people come through. 🍀🐴❤️

BOTH buildings are prepped and ready for vendor move in day!

Tomorrow from 4pm-9pm CST you can move in, get setup, turn in Silent Auction items, donate to the FREE tack table, and if you haven’t paid for your table/booth bring cash to turn into Kristy.

Volunteers will be in BRIGHT green shirts.

The HELP DESK is in the Community Building in front of the double doors.

Tack sale vendor maps, flyer, and event coordinator picture below.

Vendor move in is
CENTRAL TIME.

Friday March 20th from 4:00pm-9:00pm

Saturday March 21st from 8:00am - Open at 9:00.

Event
Saturday 9-4
Sunday 9-2

Vendors allowed in 1 hour before opening each day.

ALL vehicles MUST be moved back to parking lot before Saturday at 9am or you will be TOWED!

Outdoor concession rigs and handicap vendors are the only exceptions made.

Call if you need an accommodation.

No pets!!

ADA Service animals are always welcome.

Red and gray 2 wheel dolly (hand cart) from the Small Projects building.
**This is a vendors personal property**

Please return it to the Fair Board office or leave on the porch by Fair Board Office door.

Donation jar from the free tack table disappeared.
I’m supremely disappointed that donations to a children’s organization walked off.

I hold hope that maybe it was picked up by mistake. So if you took this please return it to the Fair Board office.

Today camera footage will be reviewed.

Many helping hands came together to make the 2025 Tack Sale a success!!

Both the LaPorte County 4-H Horse & Pony Club and the Horse Judging Team worked together to run a smooth weekend for the 4th Annual 4-H Tack Sale!!

Thank you to everyone who came out to volunteer and the shoppers.
