Beginner Bellydance 6 weeks - Veil and Finger Cymbals
Dates: June 30 – August 4th (6 weeks)
Time: Tuesdays, 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Location: La Vista Community Center
Cost: $65 for the entire session

Intermediate Bellydance 6 weeks - Intermediate Veilwork
Schedule: Mondays at 6:00 PM
Dates: June 24th – August 3rd (6 Weeks)

It's true! Dancing helps with spinal alignment, back health, creative thinking, and more! It helps us become so much more aware of our posture, and to work out all the kinks (mentally as well as physically) from our jobs and sedentary lifestyles. It is about so much more than how we look on the outside; it gives us a boost on the inside that radiates outwards!

Class last night was wonderful, fun, and bittersweet. We celebrated two of our wonderful dancers, both for different reasons.

We wished happy birthday to the beautiful Bridget Franklin, who brings such great energy and sparkle to class and everywhere she goes. Happy birthday Bridget! ❤️🥰

And we also wished bon voyage to Maggie, another 5-plus years student. She is moving to Japan! Wishing you all the good luck and adventures Maggie! Thank you for dancing with us for all those years. ❤️🥰

One thing's for sure - life is always in flux and never stays the same. I appreciate every moment we spend together, and love all the shimmies!
