Im a farmer!! Tried sprouts AGAIN and they are growing. Turns out my batch of seeds that I had was not very good. Hence, my former poor self perception as a farmer. I’m cured now.

I’m so excited. Gonna start doing sprout juice shots before my runs like all the pros 🥳

Running for three months has been transformative. I’m 66 and I haven’t run any kind of distance regularly for about 15 years. It was a bit of an adjustment getting started. The first two weeks were especially difficult. Using the Nike running app to guide my training has been crucial to my success. So excited to keep on.
