Join us on Sunday, Aug 2nd with the incredible Ms. Aminah as she explores the mind, body & soul — This workshop will consist of four classes:
•Stretch, Strength, and Conditioning
•Contemporary Ballet
•Modern
•Contemporary/ Improvisation
(Dancers 11 yr & older can sign up for an additional class ‘Camera Readiness, Film Etiquette & Self Tape Prep’ offered after this workshop.)
