The 2026 Rodeo Playday season kicks off on Sunday, May 17th at 9:00 AM!
Come out and enjoy a great morning with these events:

Important Info for Participants:
All riders must be current La Pine Rodeo members (required by insurance).
To qualify for year end awards, participants must attend a minimum of 3 playdays and volunteer at a minimum of 3 events throughout the season.

• August 16
• September 27

2026 La Pine Rodeo Playdays! Join us for another year of fun!

There are 6 age divisions that all receive year-end award for 1st-3rd place.

Peewee: 6 & under
Junior: 7-9
Intermediate: 10-13
Senior: 14-17
Adult: 18-49
Super Senior: 50 & up

🎉 Final Playday of 2025 + Year-End Awards! 🎉

Join us this Saturday, September 20th at 9:00 AM for our final Playday of the season, followed by awards!

• Birangle (just for fun!)
• Speed Barrels (just for fun!)

👉 Important: The first two events (Barrels & Poles) will count toward year-end standings — the last two are just for fun to end the season!

We can’t wait to see everyone there and celebrate a great season together.

📣 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT regarding BSCC jackpots 📣

We’re sad to share that the BSCC Jackpot Barrel Races co-sanctioned with the La Pine Rodeo Association Playdays have been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

We’re working hard to reschedule one jackpot race in late July — so stay tuned for updates!

🐴 We appreciate everyone’s support and understanding, and we hope to see all of you at the rest of our scheduled playdays!

📢 May 31st Playday with begin at 9am 📢

No Jackpot barrel race for May so we will begin at our usual start time of 9am to try to beat the heat!

Saturday is supposed to be warm so be sure to keep you and your horse hydrated! ☀️

📣 2025 PLAYDAY SERIES SCHEDULE 📣
We’re excited to kick off another year of fun and community at our Playday Series, starting on May 31!

This year, we’re adding something special: three of our Playdays (June, July, and August) will take place alongside a BSCC-sanctioned race, with the race occurring before the Playday event.

Year-End Playday Qualification Requirements:

•Volunteer at least 4 times during the Playdays (roles include gate duty, event setup, etc.)
•Attend at least 3 of the 5 Playdays
•Be a current member
