“CLOSING” AT 1PM TOMORROW…. Kind of👇🏽

The hit us up because they needed to relocate their event last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and we knew we needed to help out and make it happen! We are super excited to bring their event into this space. We’ll have a bunch of live music, food, coffee, alcoholic beverages, etc… it’s gonna be a blasssstt🪩

🚨 All that said, it does make our afternoon service a little bit different so we wanted to give all you regulars a heads up. We will be “closing” at 1pm for the event. HOWEVER, it is a FREE event and everyone is invited to join! We will just be doing all to-go and we will only have the patio open for seating after 1pm (inside will be standing room only). Food & drinks menu will be more limited but it will still be available to order!
I know this makes things a little interesting for our afternoon service, but we’re excited to switch things up a for this weekend😁

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON OUR REWARDS PROGRAM‼️

We have some very exciting news!We will soon be re-launching a new branded mobile app and rewards program. In addition to a new user-friendly interface, it’s going to be seamlessly integrated with our system to make ordering easier for YOU and US. Wait, but what happens with our current rewards points?? Don’t you worry, all those points that you’ve worked hard to build over years (you know who you are) will all get transferred to our new app. As we reach the final stages, we will send all current users thorough instructions on how to access your account on our new app, as well as how to download the app.

🥲 On to the bad news…. the process of setting up our new app and transferring all your accounts requires us to shut off our current mobile app effective today. I know this sounds scary, but don’t worry, we will keep your points safe during this process.

🤞🏽 We are hoping to have this new app up and running in the next week or so. We will keep you updated!

📲 In the meantime, you can still place mobile orders through our link in bio. You can also search “Public Square La Mesa” in the Toast Local mobile app to place an order.

While the rewards points will not be active yet, we are happy to honor any orders placed starting now-till the time we have our new app launched; we can manually add your points per request when app is launched. AFTER launch date, email [email protected] to inquire.

The terror that has occurred in our communities across the nation has been absolutely heartbreaking. As San Diegans we know better than anyone: immigrants are what make this city great. They make this nation great. We stand with them today and denounce the violent and inhumane actions that continued to be perpetuated in our cities.

Rio Dumeng-Henderson🐣 Born on October 21, 2025 at 3:59pm.

A lot of you have watched Alexis and I’s journey the past 6 years that we’ve been together and we’ve been honored to have you all a part of it. From dating, to getting engaged, getting married, and now, welcoming our beautiful babygirl into the world. These past 6 years have been some of the most challenging yet fulfilling years for our business, but it all feels worth it. To have this support, this community. It’s these new chapters that really put it all into perspective. We are incredibly grateful to all of you for being with us on this journey. To those who have supported us on a personal level, and those who just buy a simple cup of coffee, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. To many more beautiful chapters with you all 🥂

OPEN INTERVIEWS! [📍La Mesa Location] Hey ya’ll we’re looking for 2 FOH team members. Part time. Starting pay is $16.50 + $7-$10/hr tips with opportunities for quarterly raises based on performance.

Requirements for FOH:
- At least 2 years of hospitality experience.
- At least 1 year of barista experience.
- Consistently rad attitude and good worth ethic

We are extremely high volume so all positions are very physically and mentally demanding, but can be highly rewarding! Fun work atmosphere, great team, and amazing customer base.
