Long post alert!!
We are officially ONE month away from our 9th Annual Spring 4 Day Crop Event! We can’t wait to spend 4 days crafting with almost 75 of our friends. If you have not registered yet you still have time to join the fun! Call the store and sign up today.
We will keep registrations open until March 31, 2026. If you are registered, please read this email in its entirety as it contains important updates for the event.
Please note you DO NOT have to be registered for the event to take classes.
Hotel Accommodations
The room block at the Springhill Suites is OPEN. Their phone number is (832)820-8750. Ask for Brenda Mooney. When speaking with her let her know you would like to book a room in the Croppin’ Bug room block for Scrapbook Safari. We have several other events blocked at this hotel, so please specify the April event. This block will close on (3/9/2026).
Classes
These classes will be held at the store during the event. Again, you do not have to be registered for the event to attend. As of today, there are still openings in all the classes, but some may fill up soon. If you would like to register, please call the store, payment is due at that time. All classes have a kit only option if you do not wish to attend.
Friday April 10, 2026 10am $70 Graphic 45 “Journey Through Time” pocket album.
You will love this new policy envelope album from Graphic 45! You will be creating with the Journey Through Time papers. This album would be perfect for a perpetual calendar or "birthday" calendar book. The kit will be pre-cut for you so you can focus on decorating. Sign up quickly as this is limited space
Friday April 10, 2026 1pm $70
49 & Market “Timber and Tweed” 12 x 12 album You will be using the black 12 x 12 album cover and black insert set to create this eye-catching photo album. You will want this on display in your home to document your cabin/rustic adventures.
Saturday April 11, 2026 9:30am $30/$50
“Hero Arts slider cards” with Debbie You will create 5 adorable "fish/sea" related cards using Hero Arts new sardine can slider die. You can choose to pay $30 to just make the 5 cards or make the cards and get the stamp/die set for $50. I think you will love this set of cards. Debbie will also be showing you some other card ideas for the slider die.
Saturday April 11, 2026 1:00pm $45
This is the crowd favorite. 3 double page layouts featuring large, layered die cuts. You will complete 2 Spring layouts and 1 Jungle Layout. This class will sell out so register today. Full color directions will be included so kit only is available.
Lunches
We will order lunches for each day (Thursday-Saturday). If you would like to place an order, you can call the store or come by as payment is due at the time you order. Thursday's meal is $7, Friday and Saturday are $14 and it includes tip, delivery and taxes. Sunday we will not be ordering lunch; it will be on your own.
Orders are due by March 31st.

Reminders
Dress in layers. The A/C will remain the same throughout the weekend, if you are cold natured, please bring a jacket.
Please Do Not adjust the A/C in any way.
Each pod of tables will have a power source, if you need power, please bring your own extension cord and strip. Depending on where your table is you could be up to 24 feet away from the main source.
We will not have a refrigerator for you to keep items cold. If you have this need, please bring a small cooler for under your table.
For this event we will be using a space with separate rooms that open to a central area. Several groups will occupy each room so, please be mindful when you are packing materials and supplies. Wagons and bags must not interrupt the flow of traffic.
We will have 7 restroom stalls and be close to the store for shopping ease.
Due to the sales at the store during the event we will not be signing punch cards for purchases
You must be present (or at the store) to win a door prize
