WHY WE MADE APPRAISAL SCRIBE
Years ago, when my partner and I started our appraisal business, I would complain to my software engineer husband about how time-consuming it was to format reports, add repeated content and upload photographs using the available software. The more time it took to produce reports, the less time we had to market our services and expand our business. A problem-solver, he developed a cloud-based, collaborative report writer that we used to produce more than 450 reports for 150 clients.

As the years have passed, we noticed that while there are several report writer and project management options for Real Property and Business Appraisers, there are few options for Personal Property Appraisers. We are making Appraisal Scribe commercially available to fill this void, a report writer explicitly designed with professional personal property appraisers in mind.
