You have a lot of options for choosing a Zumba® class in La Crosse, so why should you come to mine? At my class you will find more than just an opportunity to exercise, you'll find a community. The participants that attend my classes become friends with me and with one another. You can go to any other exercise class or gym to burn calories and get a good workout in, but at Zumba in La Crosse you w

ill find people who get to know and support one another. My passion for Zumba® started in 2014 when I began attending classes at Zumba® in La Crosse with the amazing Catherine Pinnell. I became a licensed Zumba® instructor later that year and have been co-teaching with Cat ever since. With Cat’s move to Michigan in 2017, I am honored to continue the wonderful Zumba® program that she started. One of the reasons I enjoy teaching Zumba® so much is that I love dancing to Latin rhythms. My classes stick with the traditional Zumba® formula of 70% Latin music and 30% other music, but I am always open to music requests and suggestions. In the Community:
The last Thursday of every month is “Giving Thursday” at Zumba® in La Crosse. The proceeds from this class are donated to a local or regional charity after rent for the Concordia Ballroom is paid. Free Pass coupons are not accepted on Giving Thursdays. Please check the Upcoming Events page for more information on upcoming fundraising events!
