Congratulations to Mikey Marget who was the winner of this year’s musician retreat at the amazing Pines Cabin at Trempealeau Hotel, Restaurant and Saloon

They will enjoy a one week retreat from March 4-10th with a special show at the hotel at the end of the week. We are so thankful to all who applied and are looking forward to some magic!

Two Chickadees Music Creativity Initiative:
The Two Chickadees Project is focused on nurturing musical creativity in the Driftless Region. Our objective is to sponsor a one-week, paid retreat for a musician, allowing them to craft their art amidst the beauty of our region and showcase their work through an intimate performance at a local La Crosse venue.

August 31 is the release date for my newest project, Underwood. It was recorded at Underwood Recording Studios in Minneapolis this spring with Mark Stockert's guidance and stunning microphone collection. It was spurred by Rick Schneider of Isanti Spirits Distillery after a porch concert at his place last summer and further encouraged by an artist retreat through Two Chickadees Project. The CD and digital download will be available through my Bandcamp page (https://mikemunsonmusic.bandcamp.com/) and at live shows, as will the new t-shirts and stickers. Upcoming release shows include:
