Is dedicated to assisting the OST to overcome the ravages of cultural trauma and addiction. The OST Strategic Prevention Framework grant will assist us to prevent the onset and reduce the progression of substance abuse on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation which is the third poorest area in America and larger than the state of Connecticut. We will bring programs, agencies and communities together and build capacity and infrastructure of education and intervention. Build a strategic plan based on the data and implement evidence based practice and evaluate.
