The Honey Rose MVMT Hive is all set up for our 7 pm Honey Flow session! This class is a floor-based fusion of Belly dance, Pilates, yoga and Somatic movement, on your own soft, fluffy magic carpet!

Set to *human-created* organic house flow music, this session hits you in the dopamine center and builds the oxytocin bond with your own body with self-massage and sensuous waves, circles and undulations, all designed to return you to your flow.

Quiet the sensory noise, get stronger in your body and calmer in your mind and bask in the pink-gold radiance of the Hive. Your body is welcome exactly as it is.

We are closed for ❄️Holiday Break❄️ from December 17- January 18!

I will be busy installing a ceiling and some insulation in the 🏵️🌹Honey Rose studio🌹🏵️, wrapping poles in soft velvet, and designing our brand new ✨Alchemy✨ somatic, grounded, chronic pain and hypermobility-safe pole sessions!

Our 🎊Grand Re-Opening🎊 will be on Sun, Jan 18th for the New Moon with our 🌑Dark Moon Dream🌑 restorative session at 6:30 pm!
