Chris has left a distinctive footprint in the dance industry through his work with high-profile artists and impactful projects. His career has led him to choreograph for esteemed artists such as Brian Nhira from NBC’s “The Voice”, Majeste Pearson from “The Four”, Rayvon Ownesfrom “American Idol” and danced for renowned band, Hanson, among others. He has choreographed viral music videos like “Get Up”, “Is This Love”, and “Hero” collectively garnering millions of views online. Also Chris has competed at the highest level at World of Dance, and Hip Hop International, the Olympics of Hip Hop dance.
Adding to his impressive portfolio, Chris choreographed and danced on The Trust Tour for Coriano Gipson, featuring GRAMMY-Award winning artists Monica and Keyshia Cole, and opened for Meg The Stallion. His passion for TV and film is evident through his role as a judge in Netflix’s “Full Out 2: You Got This” and his recent contribution as a choreographer on Hulu/FX’s season 2 of “Reservation Dogs”.
He is has been seen as faculty member for esteemed dance institutions like Soul de Soul, Talent on Parade Pre Pro/Progressions, The Dance Directives, and Intent Moves. He recently choreographed the Easter production “Ransom” for the mega church Transformation Church. He also choreographed for Transformations new single “I Will”
As the owner and founder of Abstrakt Mindz, one of the only Hip-Hop companies in Oklahoma, Chris is committed to pushing his dancers to the next level, both physically and mentally. His love for teaching and his passion for dance fuel his ongoing dedication to the industry, as he continues to shape the future of hip hop dance.
