🚨 Due to the anticipated severe weather this afternoon and evening, Swim Lessons and Classes will be canceled. The pools, saunas, and steam room are currently open, but could close if there is lightning with the upcoming storms. The safety of our members, participants, and staff is always our top priority. We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to stay safe and monitor local weather conditions. Please call ahead if you want to check on the most current status of the Aquatics Center. Welcome to our first Free Class Feature! Meet Track-A-Cise, a fun and engaging cardio class that combines walking (or running) the track with easy-to-follow exercises. Track-A-Cise offers a supportive environment where you can move at your own pace and have fun doing it. Designed for all fitness levels and especially popular with active older adults, this class helps you stay healthy, active, and connected. It's great for improving strength, balance, and cardiovascular health. Best of all, it's included with your YMCA membership. Come join the fun on Thursdays at 9:00 AM in Studio 4! Summer means playing in or near pools, ponds and lakes - Be sure your child is comfortable in and around the water by signing up your child for one of our two remaining swim camps! Our two-week camps are designed for quicker learning through consistent practice in a small group setting with certified instructors who will tailor the lessons to meet the needs of campers. Swim Camp info:
• Swim Camp #2 starts on June 22nd
• Swim Camp #3 starts on July 6th
• Camp Sessions are TWO weeks
• Sessions are 4x per week (Monday-Thursday)
• Ages 3 to 13 years old

Swimming is a life skill and the YMCA has been teaching children and adults how to swim for over 150 years, helping them to be safe in and around water.
