The Friends of the Kodiak State Fair and Rodeo is looking for at least two people to join our board. We are the 501c3 responsible for the fundraising for the Kodiak Fairgrounds and are looking for active members of the community who want to help us make the fairgrounds thrive! The board meets at least four times per year based on goals and needs, with a ramp up around the annual rodeo. We also allow for virtual attendance to the meetings. We have some big ideas and big goals for the year ahead and are looking forward to working with our members to accomplish them. If you are interested please send a short bio letter to our email [email protected] to be considered during our annual meeting on January 29th at 6pm at the Kodiak Library.
