Made these cuties for the Hearts and Hooves auction at that is going live on June 9th.

Meeting the animals we typically eat—and experiencing their unique personalities—can be life-altering. This is why supporting farm sanctuaries is so important to me.

Not only do they give these lucky animals a chance to live out their lives safely and peacefully, they are also a place for people to learn about and interact with these individuals. They are also a place for activists to recharge and experience happy farm animals after seeing so much suffering.

I’m grateful for the places that do this work.

I hope you get the chance to visit a sanctuary one day (not a zoo… let’s be clear on that and visit media if you are wondering about the harm in zoos)

Last little ‘grow’ planter made its way home this week. The studio is looking mighty empty.

Oftentimes when the shelves are empty, I wish I had more time to fill them up faster for y’all. But I appreciate my time in there much more now than when I did it full time. I think it’s exactly how it’s supposed to be. The pieces that I do make bring me more joy—and I hope that in turn they bring you more joy when you use them.

Hello friends. Stay tuned to for info on their upcoming silent auction for their Winter Warmer fundraiser event. Tons of wonderful things will be up for grabs. Including this sweet hanging planter I made.

When I was looking to move to Knoxville, I attended a Saturday market, and absolutely loved it. I appreciate this space where farmers and makers are supported.
