Tennessee Conservatory of Fine Arts The Tennessee Conservatory of Fine Arts (TCFA) is a local dance conservatory offering classes to all levels.

TCFA offers: Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Boy's Dance, Ballet/Tap combo, Creative Movement, Music Discovery, Teen/Adult classes, and Musical Theater. We also offer specialty classes in Flamenco, Ballroom, and Middle Eastern Dance (belly dancing). TCFA fosters a value driven, mentoring environment for all dancers to reach their maximum potential. It is our desire that students reach their go

als as dancers whether it is recreational, professional, or somewhere in between. We also strive to help our young people develop life lessons to carry them past their years at TCFA.

Join us for a swing dance class on June 27 from 5:00-6:00, then stay and practice those sweet moves from 6:00-8:00.

International champion Waylon Jones will be teaching elements of swing dance giving you a great foundation to build on. All levels welcome, no partner required.

The end of a long, good day. Bodies are worn out, many new skills learned, some technique refined, and now, the studio is quiet. Waiting for another chance tomorrow to embrace the dancers.

Summer dancing is sweet. It’s filled with hard work, but not the pressure of performance season. A chance to work on things and challenge yourself to push on. I’m proud of my dancers. Honored to work with them.

We have so many things going on at TCFA right now! Come join the fun.

June 15-19 is Musical Theater Dance Camp. Each day will focus on dance technique and choreography from various shows. We will also learn about musical theater history. Ages 7 and up. $300

Friday, June 27 is our Swing Dance class and party. Come learn from Waylon Jones, international dance champion and former professional ballet dancer. Class will be from 5:00-6:00, with a dance party from 6:00-8:00. $20

Saturday, July 18 is Open Registration at TCFA for the Fall Session. We will have vendors on hand for a Pop Up Market, a food truck, a rummage sale to help support our competition team, and more. If you can't make it by, feel free to reach out any time to get registered!

If you are a local vendor and would like to have a booth, reserve yours now! Just message us and we will get you taken care of.

Open House/Open Registration is July 18, and we will be hosting our 3rd Pop Up Market. If you are a local vendor, we would love to have you at our event.

Set up Friday, July 17 4:00-6:00, event on Saturday, July 18 from 9:00-3:00. $25, bring your own table. 2 chairs provided per booth.

There will be open registration for the dance studio, and a rummage sale fundraiser for the competition team going on as well. Lots of things to draw folks in!

Join us for our Musical Theater Dance Camp June 15-19 from 9:00-3:00 every day.

Each day will begin with technique, and then we will jump into choreography, and there will be a showcase at the end of the week.

All performers age 7 and up are welcome, we will divide younger and older dancers into groups for portions of the day.

We will have fun exploring dance sequences from a variety of shows, and we will spend time learning about the history of dance on stage and in film.
