WDVX Kidstuff with Sean McCollough Children’s radio show WDVX Radio and the multi-talented Sean McCollough of “The Lonetones” and the “John Myers Band,” have teamed up for a weekly radio show.

Kidstuff airs at 10:00 AM EST on Saturday mornings on WDVX and is a show full of high-quality music geared the young and the young at heart. On most Saturdays, the show is a mix of recorded an live music from inside the WDVX studio. But on the second Saturday of each month, everyone is invited to be in the audience at the Downtown Knoxville Visitor's Center for our live performance edition.

n WDVX approached me about doing a show aimed at kids, it seemed like a perfect fit. I have been performing for kids for nearly two decades, so creating programming aimed at a young audience is right up my alley,” said Sean McCollough. “Over the fourteen year history of WDVX I have always noticed how kids respond to music. Kidstuff is the evolution of what we have been doing for a while with WDVX, especially the Blue Plate Special and presenting live music. We are so happy to have Sean McCollough as a host and Knoxville and East Tennessee as a home to launch this new program. We hope it reaches the kid in you,” said Program Director Tony Lawson. WDVX is an independent, community-supported radio station playing an eclectic mix of music celebrating the arts and culture of the Southern Appalachian region. The station is broadcast in Knoxville and surrounding areas at 89.9 or 102.9 and webcast at www.wdvx.com.
