What a great weekend we have had in Charleston, SC. Ballet Gloria performed at the prestigious Piccolo Spoleto Dance Festival, participating in 3 productions. The dancers were beautiful, and we are already looking to next year.

As the Piccolo Spoleto Dance Festival rapidly approaches, your tax-deductible support is greatly needed to make this opportunity possible. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Ballet Gloria receives no financial government assistance, but relies strictly on support from individual patrons and companies like you who have supported Ballet Gloria generously throughout the years. With over 800 followers here on Facebook, a $3 donation from each of those 800 would help us achieve our goal of $3000 in no time. This will help cover travel, lodging, and food expenses to make this opportunity for these talented artists to perform in front of international audiences a reality. As of the creation of this needed fundraiser, we have only received one donation. Not sure if Facebook is playing with the algorithm, but it would mean so much if you would at least share this post. Please join us Saturday, March 21st at 7:00 PM for Ballet Gloria's spring production of NEW CHANCES directed by Gwendolyn Johnson Delaney. Presented at the Clayton Performing Arts Center at the Pellissippi Community College on the Hardin Valley Road Campus, NEW CHANCES is a journey through the musical life of Johnny Cash - from his first hit, "Folsom Prison Blues", to his final song on his final recording, "We'll Meet Again." In addition, we will be featuring concert pieces with an Appalachian flare, as well as praise and worship favorites. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for Seniors and students, and can be purchased at Tennessee Conservatory of Fine Arts, by calling 865-689-8525, and at the door the day of the performance.
