We are proud to announce that Bearden High School has been named the TN Arts Academy’s Arts Rich High School for 2026!

This prestigious award is presented to one high school every year to celebrate its commitment to providing an arts rich education for all students.

Thank you Tennessee Arts Academy for your recognition and to the Bearden High School Community for your continued support of the Arts!

Bearden Choir performed at the Music in the Parks Festival at Dollywood today!
Our performing Concert Choir was comprised of nearly 80 students from all our choirs.
Concert Choir earned a Superior rating, first place for HS Mixed AA Division, and first place for high school overall!

Senior Spotlight⭐️: Zane White
Zane has been a part of Bearden Choir since sophomore year, performing for Bearden Singers and B-Side. He has also been on the choir board as the president of the Barbershop Quartet, the B-Sharps. He will be spending a year at Pellissippi Community College and then transferring to a 4-year college. He is extremely grateful that he's had a chance to make a home here at Bearden Choir and is very excited for his last hurrah.

Lily has been in choir for 1 semester but has been able to find amazing friendships within the community and had really fun experiences. After high school she plans on going to cosmetology school and becoming a hairdresser.

Senior Spotlight⭐️: Layla Griffey
Layla Griffey has been apart of Bearden choir for four years, preforming in Bearden Belles, Bearden Singers, and B-SIDE. She has also been on choir board serving as the event planner, vice president, and president of the program. Layla will be attending Belmont University to study music education. She is extremely grateful and for all of the opportunities Bearden choir has given her, as well as the support and love she has found in the program.

Senior Spotlight⭐️: Logan Roberts
Logan Roberts has been in Bearden Singers since his freshmen year and had loved and cherished every bit of it! He was also involved in the wrestling team being varsity for all four years and a captain his senior year. Next year Logan plans to attend Pellissippi State and get a general associates in the arts and plans to transfer afterwards. He is very thankful for Mr. Brown and all of the friends he has made during his time spent in the program.
