KNIGHTSTOWN JUBILEE DAYS PARADE - PARKING & SAFETY REMINDER

Jubilee Days is here, and the KPD wants to remind everyone of a few important things ahead of tomorrow’s parade!

🗓 Saturday, August 22nd
⏰ Parade begins at 1:00 PM
📍 Please see the attached map for the official parade route.

🚗 PARKING & PARADE ROUTE
Please be mindful of where you park before and during the parade. Do not park in a way that blocks the parade route, intersections, driveways, emergency access, or creates a traffic hazard.

For our residents who live along the parade route, we kindly ask that you please make arrangements to park your vehicles off the street prior to the parade. We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for the temporary disruption. We greatly appreciate your patience, cooperation, and willingness to help us keep the parade route clear and safe for everyone.

🚧 EXPECT DELAYS
Roads along the parade route will be impacted before and during the parade. Please plan ahead, allow yourself extra time, and use an alternate route when possible.

🚨 Most importantly, please keep intersections and access points clear for emergency vehicles. Even during the parade, police, fire, and EMS must be able to respond quickly if they are needed.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone out enjoying Jubilee Days! Have fun, be patient with the temporary traffic changes, look out for one another, and help us make it a safe afternoon for our entire community.

Knightstown Jubilee Days 2026 is proud to announce that we will have some beautiful HORSES in the PARADE this Saturday, Aug 22nd!

Louie Farms, located in Fountaintown Indiana, is a 501c3 non-profit that provides Farm-Assisted Therapy tailored to all ages, needs, and abilities. Their mission is to promote healing, growth, and connection through engaging experiences with nature and animals. They also give horse riding lessons!
