The next big races, Gold Cup Final at River City BMX and the State Championship Final at Chehalem Valley BMX, aren't until September so we're back to our regular summer schedule. Once school starts we'll be ending our Wednesday night racing for the season.

Lap-A-Thon Update!

34 racers came out on Saturday morning to get some laps and raise some money! The riders collectively rode over 96 miles with 312 half-track laps for our balance bike riders and 461 full-track laps.

Top laps were Zephyr Steinke with 38 balance bike laps and Kaleb Cox with 38 pedal laps! Braxton Biederman is the rider who has collected the most donations - he accounted for 1.27 miles on his balance bike!

Overall, we're up to $3,400 collected! Riders who got per-lap donations please check with REG next time you're here to get your lap totals for those per-lap forms. ;) I am hearing we had riders who couldn't attend do additional fundraising so that amount could go even higher.

Thanks again to Matt Bogatay with Bogatay Construction, Inc. for generously offering a dollar for dollar match up to $5k! We're well on our way to an amazing new balance bike track!
