We have some exciting news to share! 🤩

Southern Oregon Acro and Tumbling is expanding our program by adding a Strength & Conditioning Coach to our team! 💪🤸‍♀️

Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach & owner of 814 Human Performance, Colby Heefner, is here to help our young athletes develop a foundation of strength, mobility and stability to support proper technique, reduce injury risk, and maximize long-term athletic potential.

Colby is a strength and conditioning coach with over eight years of experience working with athletes of all ages. He grew up in central Pennsylvania and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. He earned his master’s degree from PennWest University, majoring in Tactical Strength and Conditioning.

He began his strength and conditioning career on Whidbey Island, Washington, where he worked with athletes at Oak Harbor High School for three years. From there, he started working with the Army in the same role at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. After three additional years at JBLM, his career brought him to Klamath Falls to continue working alongside Air Force service members.

This addition will allow us to better support our athletes with focused strength, conditioning, and performance-enhancement training, while also helping reduce the risk of injury and build strong movement foundations.

We’re always looking for ways to improve our program and give your athletes the tools they need to succeed, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact this will have. More info coming soon! 🙌
