We’re excited for two performance dates this spring - mark your calendars!

On February 22nd, we will feature winners of our 2024 Concerto Competition in performances of Mascagni’s Ave Maria (Zoe Rundquist), McAllister’s “X” Concerto for clarinet (Yongzhuo Zhu), and Glazunov’s saxophone concerto (Sigan Zong), plus the world premiere of Alex Staten’s Life of a Duck and Tchaikovsky’s masterful Romeo and Juliet.

On April 26th, we will present the US premiere of Vesselin Stoyanov’s symphony no. 1 and and collaborate with Mark Jennings and the Truman choirs, plus Mary Wilson, soloist, in Poulenc’s Gloria! Both were written in approximately 1960 and it will be fascinating to hear such different styles in one evening.

Both concerts are free and open to the public at 7:30 on Saturdays! We hope you can join us.

We hope you can join us in person or online tonight for our concert!
