The sweetest sunset reunion for our Leavenworth retreat group! Retreats are a magical time to turn community into family. The shared experience of stepping away from the day to day life, wrapped in yoga, good people, good food and always nature. A reminder that we are not alone in life- and we can show up exactly as we are and be loved!

🌊☀️🧘🌴calling all nature lovers, adventure seekers, heart openers and yoga warriors to join us for our return to Haramara Property in Sayulita Mexico! with plenty of time to roam and rest, our week together is centered around daily yoga, incredible nourishing meals and a return to nature as we were all designed to experience in this life. The countdown begins! We are one week out from our 6th annual Memorial Day dock class! Book your spot no matter the weather- if we move class inside we will email everyone who is registered. This officially kicks off our dock season and we are SO EXCITED! Join us for weekly Wednesday yoga at 9:30 and our 30/30 combo class on Fridays at 9:30! Anytime the sun doesn’t show up, class will be hosted in the studio so sign up either way! Keep an eye out for weeknight and weekend pop ups! ☀️Pilates, yoga and fitness in our outdoor studio is the best! We are so grateful to be partnered with Carillon Point for another summer of making magical memories together!

Mala making is back! If you missed the last one, here is your chance! This is a 2 part workshop guided by Jennifer- hola house member and mala making master! Jen has a gifted eye for design and a heart full of love for these unique and personal necklaces, she loves sharing this passion with our hola fam. Part one you will learn the history and meaning of the mala, inspire your personal design and learn the traditional knot method to get started and continue to work at home. Creating your mala will take time, so we will meet for part 2 in June where you will have the opportunity to complete your mala with a guru stone and activate your practice with guided meditation and a high five with your friends! Space is limited to 10 people. Book early! Head to our website or in the app to save your spot.

We have 3 nights this time which gives us another full day to drop all the way in. We have 6 scheduled yoga classes and 6 family meals to share this retreat experience together. The rest of the time is yours to spend how you wish. Spa time, hiking, crafts, reading, meditation, lounging by the pool or simply enjoying a view of the river or mountains with time to be still.

The mountains are calling! What is your mountain? What might be something that is asking for your attention amidst the busyness of life. What parts of yourself are quietly waiting for you to come back to? What perspective are you missing that is gently knocking on your door? A yoga retreat is a lovely way to explore these questions. We are so lucky to share these experiences with our hola fam where we get to come home and continue to practice in community, with people that feel like family. We have a couple spots left. This is a nudge for anyone who feels it ✨
