Well that's a wrap on the Elbert County Fair. I hope I got all the kids at least once in a few thousand pictures. I know that I missed some shooting sports. You guys started early! I will work on a slide show to tie it all together. 4-H in Elbert County is an important addition to our kids lives. The friendships, life skills and responsibilities they learn are priceless. For us adults, these kids never stop teaching us either. Never stop learning. There are lots of new people coming into the county. Let's spread the word about this program.

4-H Projects. 4-H is not all Livestock. Represented here are shooting sports, rocketty, robotics, leather craft, woodworking metal work, clothing, photography, scrapbooks, baking, foods, pets, entomology, fisheries, hunting, and if you can think of it, it is probably on the project list. 4-H is for all.

Who doesn't love a Parade. The 2026 Elbert County Fair Parade concludes a week of fun, and showcases the hard work of our county's youth. Our Parade Marshalls this year were the Joe and Judy Freund Family.
