As many of you know, Robert Gauthier, Founder, original Director and President of the ENC Renaissance Faire has had a long and difficult year battling serious health issues. In mid October his was transferred and admitted to Massachusetts General Hospital after Lenoir Memorial Hospital provided for him all that they could.
The takeover of the Faire, his trust and hardwork overlooked and ignored, could not be his priority, as he had to focus all of his attention on healing. Daily conversations with those of us close to him were filled with hope and love as well as dreams and plans for the future. If you knew Rob at all, you knew his visions for the spectacular and enchanting. He remains a beautiful soul with ideas to share and merriment to spread.
Please wrap him in love and strength, your prayers and faith as he is coming to the end of his battle. Pray he has gentle passing. His pain and fears behind him. Please fill today with love an light for him and all of the gifts he has shared with us.
