So much for trying to take a picture by myself, out of focus, but I just realized what day it was, May 1st, 2013 I fell off a roof and broke my back and arm, I have paid for it ever since, but was a good day painting class then fishing!

Many times we take for granted the works we have... Giuliano Finelli was an Italian sc(1601-1653) sculpted this statue ONLY with a hammer and chisel in 1627. Bust of Maria Barberini Duglioli (1621/1626), Louvre.
Look at the beauty and precision, spectacular!!!
-Giuliano Finelli was an Italian Baroque sculptor who emerged from the workshop of Bernini. He was born in Carrara to a family of marble masons in a town associated with mining of the stone, and he initially trained with Michelangelo Naccherino.
